In 1997, the founder/CEO of ServiSensor™ observed the inefficiency of customer service in restaurants. Convinced she could take the guesswork and frustration out of the customer service by giving customers a way to communicate with the servers, she began on working on a prototype in 2003. After sending her idea to AppleBee's corporate office, and hearing back from them the very next day, she quit her job in 2006 to perfect the look and efficiency of the ServiSensor™ ServiceLight™ Today, ServiSensor™ has received world-wide attention and was named one of the top ten products to watch at the National Restaurant Association Trade Show in Chicago.
