Door Panel – The doors are constructed with a ¾” cabinet grade birch plywood for structural integrity. Standard 18 gauge stainless steel edge capping presents a clean, finished appearance and extra edge protection. Optional perimeter gasketing provides a positive seal for thermal and visual separation.

Impact Plates – Stainless steel impact plates, standard on the 3002 model, are screwed to both sides of the door’s surface.

Hinge – Proven stainless steel hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset cam system and hardened rollers, for years of service with minimal maintenance.

Window & Frames – Each window is ¼” polycarbonate with either a vacuum formed frame or gasket. All windows are factory installed. 9” x 14” is standard, additional sizes are available.
