Since I always go by the premise that anything lemon has to be wonderful, I made this recipe and my family (all ages) loved it. This is a scrumptious dessert that is light enough to follow a meal, and at the same time sweet enough to satisfy. It’s a dessert you could make when entertaining, as it’s very elegant and aesthetically pleasing. (I used a recipe found on allrecipes.com by Sue Jurack, but changed it a bit.)
