Shelf Life: Frozen shelf life is twelve months. Refrigerated shelf life is five to seven days. Handling Instructions: For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Best slicing semi-frozen or chilled. Keep unused portions wrapped or left in a box and refrigerated.
Ingredients: sugar, fudge icing (cocoa [processed with alkali], soybean oil, shortening [palm oil, soybean oil, mono-diglycerides, soy lecithin], chocolate liquor contains 2% or less of: soy lecithin, salt, artificial flavor, tbhq [preservative]), whole eggs, soy bean oil, flour (wheat flour bleached, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn syrup (corn syrup or glucose syrup), sour cream (cultured milk, cream, non-fat milk solids, modified food starch, guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), milk powder.
