Description:

Meat Pak is a 30 pound (49 GSM) bleached kraft wet strength sheet that is dry waxed with 9 pounds (14.6 GSM) of a specifically formulated oil treated wax. The process creates a 39 pound (63.5 GSM) sheet which offers the best barrier of protection against blood leakage and is superior in preventing meat discoloration. It is used extensively in fine delicatessens, butcher shops and supermarkets where fresh meats, poultry, and fish are sold. Meat Pak is also used industrially as a part wrap in the manufacturing and packing of oiled machine parts. Meat Pak is a product offered exclusively by Norpak.
