Concentrated all purpose white sour. Great flexibility for use in all sour products. This product does not contain any salt. May be used at levels up to 3%.

Directions*For optimum flavor:Use 3 lbs. of “All Purpose WhiteSour” to 100 Lbs. total flour inall white sour bread doughs .*To enhance flavor and tang:Use 1 lb. of “All Purpose WhiteSour” to lbs. flour for all breadand roll doughs.

Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Acetic Acid,Lactic Acid, Contains 2% or Less of:Canola Oil.
