Description:

Similar to our Sfogliatelle, this triangular shaped pastry has a deliciously flaky, multi-layered shell and once baked, is ready to be filled with a cream of your choice. Chefs may also use it as a dinner novelty for some of their favorite entrees, for example, cold salads, chicken and fish salads, potato fillings and cold cut sandwiches.

Additional Information:

For best results, manufacturer suggests baking entire contents upon receiving to ensure maximum growth of pastry. Once baked, store in freezer until ready to thaw and fill.
