Shelf Life: Frozen shelf life is twleve months. Refrigerated shelf life is five to seven days. Handling Instructions: For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Use a sharp large blade knife to cut product to desired size and run knife under hot water between cuts.Return unused portions wrapped or prepackaged back to the freezer and draw as needed.
Ingredients:sugar, whole eggs, flour (wheat flour bleached, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), lemon juice (lemon juice), trans free margarine (liquid soybean oil, palm oil, water, salt, mono-diglycerides, soy lecithin, natural flavor, annatto color, vitamin A palmitate added), milk (milk, vitamin D3), butter (cream, water, salt), powdered sugar (dextrose, partially hydrogenated palm oil, wheat starch, titanium dioxide, natural and artificial flavor), starch (modified tapioca food starch), lemon icing (corn syrup, lemon peel, contains 2% or less of: lemon puree, pectin, citric acid, phosphoric acid, artificial flavor, yellow 5 and sodium benzoate [preservative]).
