Also, we will send some stickers that you can place on your phones to remind employees that the Boice Mystery Call program is in place.

Once Boice Mystery Calls take place, you are able to listen to the calls by logging into your administration panel. You can choose to share the recording with other employees as an example of good phone skills or as a training tool to demonstrate where improvements can be made.
