L'essence du Fromage Camembert Cheese, 8 oz

A Normandy farmer during the French Revolution was kind to have welcomed Abbe Bonvoust, a dissident priest from Brie, to their home.  In recognition of their hospitality, he shared his secret to making cheese from his region, the Brie.  Briarde and Normandy traditions were fused to produce Camembert, a truly remarkable soft ripened cow’s milk cheese with an edible bloomy rind and creamy texture.
