Preparation

Remove film overwrap from frozen or semi-frozen cake; loosen cake from sides of tray. Flatten sides of tray.
Cut slices frozen or semi-frozen using cutting guide on sides of tray. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
Plate slices and cover with plastic or dome.
Thaw plated slices at room temperature:
Banana, Coconut, Orange: 45-60 minutes
German Chocolate, Carrot: 60-90 minutes
