Cheese Stuffed Breadstick
Two 3 oz breadsticks individually wrapped in an ovenable film filled with 100% Mozzarella cheese. Excellent source of calcium and a good source of protein. Perfect for commodity cheese program. CN Labeled (4.75 bread credits, 2 oz meat/meat alternative).
COOKING GUIDELINES. COOK BEFORE SERVING. For best results cook from frozen state. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375ºF, high fan. Place frozen breadsticks on paper liner, using a full sheet pan. Bake at 375ºF, low fan, for 10-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160ºF. For even cooking, rotate pans partway though baking time. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. NOTE: Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking time and temperature may require adjustments.,, CAUTION: Breadstick will be hot. Allow breadsticks to cool a few minutes before serving.
