Our cheesemaker loves chocolate! He came up with this wonderful concoction all on his own. This is a select Cheddar Cheese that is pasteurized into a creamy process cheese. He then adds real cream, butter, sugar, cocoa and walnuts! We call it chocolate cheese but it really tastes like fudge.
