Our old world Anisette recipe comes from my Nana, Angelina, originally from Calabria, Italy. As a child, I helped my Nana, time and time again, make each cookie by hand. After removing the cookies fresh from the oven, we'd dip them each in her delicious, sugary frosting. They're my family's favorite for holidays and every days!
Our cookies today have the same old world feel and taste to them. Made with all natural ingredients, each cookie has the perfect amount of Anise, lemon and orange zest.
