    Prep Instructions   [Spanish]
    • STOVE TOP: Cook 2 1/2 lbs on high for 8 minutes. Stir.
    • STEAMER: Arrange vegetables in a slotted full-size steam table pan. Cook 2 1/2 lbs for 8 minutes.
    • MICROWAVE (2200 watts): Place 1 1/2 lbs of vegetables in microwave dish with 2 tbsp water. Cover. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
