Description:

Cholesterol Free Optimum Choice (74865-35546-00) is a pasteurized egg product that is aseptically packaged in a 2 lb. gable top container. The product is processed and packaged in a manner that will allow it to exceed the shelf life when stored between 33 and 40 degrees F. It will be tested and found to meet all Michael Foods, Inc. Egg Division specifications before being released for sale.
This product is kosher (OU) and is produced under O.U. supervision.

carotene). Vitamins and Minerals: Calcium Sulfate, Iron (ferric phosphate), Vitamin E (alpha
tocopheryl acetate), Zinc Sulfate, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B1 (thiamin
mononitrate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Folic Acid (a B
vitamin), Biotin, Vitamin D2.
