Marketing Description:

Whole Egg with Citric Acid (58108-11464-00) are liquid whole eggs with citric acid added to stabilize the color and prevent greening. They are pasteurized and aseptically packaged in a 2 pound carton. The product is processed and packaged in a manner that will allow it to exceed the declared shelf life when stored between 33 and 40 degrees F. It will be tested and found to meet all USDA and Michael Foods, Inc. specifications before being released for sale.
This product is kosher for passover (OUP) and is produced under O.U. supervision.

Preserve Color.
