|PREPARATION & COOKING|
For best results heat from a thawed state. Allow product to thaw in inner boxes two days under refrigeration. DEEP FRIED: Place THAWED Burritos in hot Oil 360'F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. OVEN CRISP METHOD: Brush top and sides of THAWED Burritos with Butter or Oil. Heat uncovered in a conventional oven 400'F (Convection oven 350'F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 140'F. STEAM METHOD: Quickly dip THAWED Burritos in water making sure all edges are coated and place close together on sheet pans, without touching. Cover with foil and heat in conventional oven 400'F (Convection oven 350'F) for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140'F. MICROWAVE: Place THAWED Burritos on a plate & cover with a napkin or paper towel. Heat 60-90 seconds (depending on size of Burrito).
Serve heated Burritos garnished with Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Chili, Shredded Cheese, Ripe Olives, Tomatoes, Lettuce, etc.
