·         Usage often results in reduced mix times due to release of natural reducing agents.


Additional Information:

Instant Red can be used in all types of yeast raised products such as pizza, bread, rolls, buns, Danish, doughnuts, bread sticks, pretzels, etc. Add directly to flour and dry mix for 30 to 60 seconds prior to adding liquids. Use approximately one pound of instant yeast for every three pounds of fresh baker's yeast.
