Prep Instructions
  • Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 350°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Deep fry for 2½ to 2¾ minutes.
  • Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pan. Bake for 13 to 17 minutes.
  • Standard Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
