Description:

Our Lobster Ravioli is a large square-shaped pillow of yellow pasta with flecks of parsley filled with a blend of lobster, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, shallots, half-and-half, and other flavorings.

Additional Information:

Stovetop BOILING: Place desired amount of frozen ravioli into boiling water (3 quarts water per pound of pasta). Cook uncovered 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. The minimum internal temperature should reach 165° F for at least 15 seconds. Drain and serve with desired sauce and cheese.
