Our Manicotti is a tube-shaped pasta filled with a creamy blend of three Italian cheeses and other flavorings.
| OVEN | Pour 1 cup sauce into bottom of a 9 ½” x 11 ¾” greased baking pan. In a single layer, place 10 frozen manicotti on sauce, seam-side down; pour 1 cup additional sauce over manicotti. Cover baking pan with lid or foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350o F for 55 minutes until a minimum internal manicotti temperature of 165o F for 15 seconds is reached. Carefully remove lid or foil. |
| MICROWAVE (1100 watt) | Place 2 frozen manicotti in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour 1/2 cup sauce over manicotti. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Puncture a few holes in plastic to vent. Microwave for 6 minutes on DEFROST, then 1 minute 45 seconds on MEDIUM (rotating 180o halfway through cooking times). A minimum internal manicotti temperature of 165o F for 15 seconds must be reached. Allow to stand covered for 2 minutes after cooking to obtain temperature equilibrium. Carefully remove plastic wrap. |
