RESTAURANT: Tortillas may be handled for use after reaching room temperature. Tortillas should be separated prior to warming in a heated (dry) cabinet. Remove the tortillas from the package and separate them individually. Replace the stack into the bag, or some other closed container, and place into the heated cabinet (approx 140 - 170 F). Total warming time should not exceed 6 hours.
Bleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Cottonseed Oil, Soybean Oil) with Mono- and Diglycerides and/or Citric Acid, Contains 2.0 % or less of the following: Salt, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Fumaric Acid, Dough Conditioner (Wheat Flour, Calcium Sulfate, Sorbic Acid), and Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).
