Restaurant: Tortillas may be handled for use after reaching room temperature. Tortillas should be separated prior to warming in a heated (dry) cabinet. Remove the tortillas from the package and separate them individually. Replace the stack into the bag, or some other closed container, and place into the heated cabinet (approx 140 - 170 F). Total warming time should not exceed 6 hours.
