Description:

Whet your customers' appetites with these delicious egg rolls and watch them come back for more. Lean, cut pork is mixed with farm-fresh chopped carrots, sliced celery, shredded cabbage, mild onions and authentic spices, then rolled in our own traditional egg roll wrapper. From .8 oz to 3oz, Minh® has an egg roll for various menu applications and price points. All Minh® egg rolls are pre-cooked for food safety and can be deep fried, convection heated or baked for convenience. Contains MSG.

Preparation Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cooking times may vary due to equipment variances. Cook product until internal temperature reaches 151°F or above. DEEP FRYER: 350°F for 6-7 minutes if thawed or 8-9 minutes if frozen. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F, bake for 19-21 minutes if thawed or 29-30 minutes if frozen. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 12-13 minutes if thawed or 15-16 minutes if frozen. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.

FILLING: Cabbage, pork, carrots, celery, onions, textured vegetable protein product (textured soy flour, zinc oxide, niacinamide, ferrous sulfate, copper gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate [B1], pyridoxine hydrochloride [B6], riboflavin [B2], and cyanocobalamin [B12]), contains 1 percent or less of salt, sugar, anchovy flavored fish sauce (anchovy fish extract, salt, sugar), monosodium glutamate, spice; CRUST: Enriched bleached flour ([wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], calcium propionate [preservative]), water, enriched durum flour (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), contains 1 percent or less of salt, cottonseed oil, dried whole eggs, wheat gluten. Fried in cottonseed oil.
