Minh® Teriyaki Beef begins with tender strips of beef in a rich Teriyaki sauce. From there, the rest is up to you as you add your own fresh vegetables to create a one-of-a-kind entrée all your own. For convenience, everything is fully cooked. Just heat, mix and serve. Can be prepared in a wok, flattop or convection oven. No MSG added.

Preparation Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK BEFORE SERVING. METHOD I: Equipment: Using Steam Kettle & Steamer (This method should take about twenty minutes to prepare each kit serving approximate 58/6 oz servings). MEAT & SAUCE: 1. Thaw bags of sauce & meat (per your State approved thawing methods); 2. Add sauce to steam kettle; set to medium; 3. Add thawed meat to sauce, mix well and heat to 160°F.; 4. Transfer meat & sauce mixture to hotel pan, cover and hold for service; VEGETABLES: 1. Place 10 lbs. vegetables in hotel pan; 2. Steam for 5 to 8 minutes; 3. Place vegetables on top of meat/sauce mixture. Serve. METHOD II Equipment: Using Tilt Skillet/Brazier (This method should take about twenty minutes to prepare each kit serving approximate 58/6 oz servings). MEAT & SAUCE: 1. Thaw bags of sauce & meat (per your State approved thawing methods); 2. Add sauce to skillet; set to medium heat. 3. Add thawed meat to tilt skillet, stir and bring to 160°F.; 4. Transfer meat & sauce mixture to hotel pan, cover and hold for service; VEGETABLES: 1. Heat tilt skillet on high heat; 2. Add 1/4 cup of oil to skillet and bring to temperature; 3. Stir-fry 10 lbs. of vegetables in tilt skillet; do not overcook. Need crunchy consistency; 4. Place vegetables on top of meat/sauce mixture. Serve.
