Shelf Life: Frozen shelf life is twelve months. Refrigerated shelf life is four days. Handling Instructions: For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Keep unused portions wrapped or left in a box and refrigerated.
