Mrs. Smith's® Apple Cobbler
An Apple Cobbler a day will make your customers say hooray! Crisp, delicious tree-fresh apple wedges are enrobed in a homemade style flaky pastry, coated with cinnamon and spices then baked to perfection. Ready to bake for a fresh appearance without the preparation.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK BEFORE SERVING. DO NOT REFREEZE. Keep frozen until ready to use. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic over-wrap. Remove tray cover from foil baking pan. Turn up foil pan edges to prevent possible spill-over. Place cobbler on a baking sheet. Bake until crust is golden brown. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40-50 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 80-90 minutes. NOTE: Ovens differ tremendously in their baking characteristics. The baking instructions given may require adjustment based on your particular oven.
