Quicksilver Construction Management is a construction project management consulting firm specializing in restaurant construction and restaurant remodeling.  We are not a general contractor.  We represent you as your Owner's Representative.  We can handle your new restaurant construction project from concept through construction completion.  We can manage your architects and engineers to insure timely completion of construction documents.  We will handle all your zoning and planning requirements including site analysis, creating accurate timelines for pre-construction process, attend planning and zoning meetings and help prepare your construction bid documents, which we will distribute to pre-qualified General Contractors.  We will then make certain that all documents are provided to the proper authorities in order to secure your building permit.

Once your proejct bids are received, we will qualify the bids, help negotiate a final cost with the selected general contractor, create a construction schedule, coordinate with your owner provided items vendors and oversee the actual construction process.  We manage all Requests for Information(RFI) and manage all change orders as needed.  

Chuck Morgan , the owner of Quicksilver Construction Management LLC has over 30 years of experience in the construction and facilities management fields with the last 13 years devoted to restaurant construction management.  He has built restaurants for Red Robin, Old Chicago, Rock Bottom, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings and Noodles & Co.
