“Our Incredible” Seafood cakes are made of cold water shrimp, snow crab, and sea scallops. They contain NO fillers of any kind, only a fine breadcrumb coating on the outside to aid in the browning process. Our cakes are pre-cooked, flash frozen, and perfect for safe holding and fast production. Because they are individually hand formed, each may have a slight visual difference.

Brown our Seafood Cakes, from frozen, in a non-stick sauté pan, open or flat top grill, deep fry, bake or broil. May be cooled down and reheated for up to four days.Use these cakes as an appetizer, served with your chef’s own sauces. Or as a dinner of two cakes over pasta or mixed greens. For your lunch menu, prepare a Seafood Cake on a roll with lettuce, tomato and onion. Excellent as a breakfast item too! Top a cake with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce for a Seafood Eggs Benedict. You can even thaw out the cake and use as a stuffing for a porta bella mushroom cap, jumbo shrimp, or even a filet. Let your imagination run wild!
