This unique approach offers you a candid snapshot of how your restaurant is being run; without the staff and management knowing they are being evaluated, we can effectively uncover any “weak links” or cracks in your current programs. While experiencing your training first-hand, we will take careful notes on all aspects of the daily operations from specific employee conduct through to the overall process.
