    Prep Instructions   [Spanish]
    • Thaw 17 to 20 hours under refrigeration in sealed bag to use in making guacamole.
    • Thaw 5 to 7 hours for slicing or dicing. Slice halves while still "frosty" and use within 20 minutes.
    • Once thawed, DO NOT REFREEZE.
    Menu Suggestions
    • Slice or dice for salads and sandwiches.
    Ingredients
