HANDLING1. Pan-up 6 x 5 on pan with paper as shown.2. Thaw overnight in retarder. Use rack cover.3. Remove from retarder and allow product to reach room temperature.4. Proof twice frozen size.5. Egg wash.6. Seed if desired, or dust with flour for homestyle rolls.DO NOT STEAM!!7. Bake at 375°F for approximately 12-15 minutes.*Rolls should be golden brown.
