Cod, Water, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cottonseed And/or Soybean Oil, And Contains Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavor (contains Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Barley Malt), Leavening (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Whey Solids, Garlic Powder, Spices, Artificial Color (including Fd&c Yellow #5 [tartazine] And Yellow #6 [sunset Yellow] ).

Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do no refreeze.
Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 350F. Add product, shaking baskets occasionally to prevent from adhering. Fry for approximately 5 5.5 minutes or until golden brown. 
Convection Oven: Preheat 375F. Place product on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12-14 minutes or until product is crisp.
