Ingredients
Pollock, Water, Bleached And Enriched Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (cottonseed And/or Soybean Oil), And Contains Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavor (maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Barley Malt), Leavening (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Whey Solids, Garlic Powder, Spices, Artificial Color [ncluding Yellow #5 (tartazine), And Yellow #6 (sunset Yellow)]. 
Contains Pollock, Wheat, Milk.

Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do no refreeze.
Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 350F. Add product, shaking baskets occasionally to prevent from adhering. Fry for approximately 4-1/2 - 5 minutes or until golden brown. 
Convection Oven: Preheat 375F. Place product on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12-14 minutes or until product is crisp.
