Our software registration service also entitles users to periodic application updates and all bug fixes distributed at least three times a year. The updates can easily be downloaded from our website.

Training for TMx software can go well beyond the CD-ROM based tutorial. When trying to analyze the best possible way to optimize the use of TMx software, we have put into place dedicated account managers to help you manage the implementation of your software.
Your account manager will help with all execution planning; this includes data collection and analysis consulting for capturing all configuration and operations parameters in preparation for the implementation of the TMx Labor Management system.
Training on your TMx software application for project teams, training departments and end-users are available through phone support, remote access support, and on-site assistance. On-site assistance is available for purchase when implementing the TMx through our Sales associate or the Professional Services team.
