Additional Information:


  1. Remove frozen or semi-frozen cake from packaging.
  2. For uncut cakes, cut slices frozen or semi-frozen. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
  3. Plate slices and cover with dome or in closed cabinet.
  4. Thaw plated slices: at room temperature: 45-60 minutes if refrigerated: 1 – 1 ½ hours


  1. Remove frozen cake from packaging.
  2. Thaw whole cakes, covered under dome or in closed cabinet: at room temperature: 3-3 ½ hours if refrigerated: 4 ½ - 5 hours or overnight
  3. Slice cakes using pre-score guidelines. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
